Your order receives top priority at Victoria's Gifts & Collectibles!
We will ship your
order using the shipping policies as outlined on this
page. We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail as our
primary carriers as they have proven to be reliable.
Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for
delivery depending upon your destination. We do not
require a signature upon delivery of your order unless
requested by the customer.
Your order will usually ship within 2- 4 business days of
receipt of your order. If an item that you have ordered will
not ship within this 4 day period, we will notify you by
e-mail to give you our most reasonable estimate of when the
product will be available to ship to you.
All our shipments are professionally packed with foam
pellets, bubble wrap, and other packing materials to protect
them during shipping.
Victoria's Gifts & Collectibles reserves the right to
modify the amount of shipping determined by our shopping cart as
some large, oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping
charges. We will gladly upgrade your shipping method for
you if it is time sensitive. If you have a
shipping preference, please let us know and we will be glad to ship
it that way for you. There are many options available which
vary in cost.
NO POSTAL BOXES
please. We have had problems and decided we will not ship to
them anymore. If an order comes in that only has a P.O. Box
address, the item will be shipped without insurance at the
buyers risk. We will NOT be responsible for items shipped
to P.O. Boxes!
Please note that because of the frequent changes made by
carriers, shipping fees and policies are subject to change

Shipping Within Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico
We prefer not to ship to a P.O. Box
address as we have had some problems recently as most
ground carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box, please note
additional postage may be required if you must have it
shipped via USPS Priority Mail to a PO Box.. We
will adjust the delivery fee if the actual cost of
shipping is more than what is charged in the shopping cart
on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We will ship to APO/FPO
addresses, however, APO/FPO addresses we will charge the
actual cost of shipping rather than what is charged in the
shopping cart due to the increased shipping costs.
Shipping charges are based on your total dollar value of
your order as follows:
In the event an incorrect address is entered for
shipping by the customer when placing the order and we
are notified of the address correction after the order
has been shipped, we will charge $10 to cover the
address correction fee of $10 fee that we will be
charged by our carrier.

Shipping
to International Destinations
We no longer provide international
shipping which includes Canada.
Shipping for Partial Orders
Occasionally,
the items comprising an order will be available at
different times. We typically will ship items
individually as they become available unless items
that are on backorder or pre-order will be received
within the
next 7 to 14 days. Please note that when
ordering pre-order items along with current items we may have to
charge a shipping fee for each order as it ships.
If you are pre-ordering items and want all items to
ship together, please note it in the comments section
as you checkout in the shopping cart so we will know
not to split your order for shipping.
